Information we collect

We collect roster information uploaded by company administrators (such as names, employee numbers, roles and schedule statuses), administrator account details, and basic technical information such as page views and device type for analytics.

How we use information

Roster information is used solely to display schedules to authorised team members and administrators within the relevant project. Technical information is used to operate and improve the Service.

Data separation

Each company's and project's data is kept logically separated. Administrators can only access data for the projects they are authorised to manage. Team roster links are private and are not indexed by search engines.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share information with authorised users within your organisation or where required by law.

Retention

Roster snapshots are retained as history so you can review previous weeks. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including password hashing, CSRF protection and access controls. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never store your full card details.
